We pride ourselves on our professional quality instruments. All of our instruments are worth their value, which includes the artisan who designed and made them. We deal with many suppliers, importers, and craftsmen who take great pride in their work. We evaluate our suppliers on a regular basis to ensure the highest quality. Partnering with multiple suppliers gives us an opportunity to find the musical instruments that you are looking for. A lot of our instruments are hand made, from artisans all over the world, so you can expect slight differences from instrument to instrument. Thank you for choosing The Drummers Lounge for your percussion shopping needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt of your item, and must return it within 15 days from the date of receipt. We will exchange your item,  or give you a refund for the price of the merchandise, minus a 15% restocking fee. We do not return drumheads, sticks, or animal skins, unless prior arrangements are made. In order to return an item, please email sales@thedrummerslounge.com or FAX to (419) 715-0193 so we can give you an authorization number. Items will not be accepted without an authorization number. To receive a merchandise refund (minus a 15% restocking fee) all items must be in the same condition as originally delivered. When items are returned, they must be insured, shipped pre-paid and include all original packaging materials and accessories. If the items show obvious wear and tear that are not original, you will receive a store credit only (minus the original 15% restocking fee). If the item is undeliverable by the carrier, you, the buyer, will be responsible for additional shipping and/or handling charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please include a copy of your receipt with your return.
*Note 1: Due to fraud and logistics issues, all orders will be verified for authenticity before items are shipped.International orders are subject to additional holding times for funds verification. All international orders are to be pre-paid before order is shipped, no exceptions.
*Note 2: For items not currently in stock, we usually can still ship them to arrive within 1-2 weeks. If your item is out of stock, back-ordered, or will be delayed, you will be notified by email or phone (if you supplied it at checkout). For items in stock, there is usually a 1-2 day processing time, then your order will be shipped immediately.
