Description: The E Drum - a sort of mini Dumbek - measure around 6-7" x 8-9". Created with hand thrown pottery techniques. One technique for playing the E Drum is to hold the drum in one hand while holding the mallet in the other. Hit the drum and move the drum downward over your lap. This will produce a change in pitch or glissando effect. It is played with a piano hammer mallet. |
